Training
We do not offer packaged training solutions but adapt and personalise programs to the needs of each individual client.
Firstly, we sit and listen to management and employees, then we define and agree needs before creating a specific training program. Our trainers are excellent in delivering programs for managing people, motivation, team building, service and sales and various other HR functions.
We fully support the development of internal trainers as being both cost effective and as an outstanding opportunity to recognise and motivate employees. We do this by helping to find out real training needs, selecting training materials and training the trainers.
Training Materials
We offer trainers a wide range of internationally approved training materials, suitable for use either by professional training companies or for the development of internal training programs. Each program provides the trainer with detailed instructions on how to organise a management workshop and the materials range from training videos, to printed course materials or organisational surveys that can assess the status of an organisation.
Video programs are available for purchase or rent in a variety of language options including Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Russian and English.
We begin all assignments by listening!
We use on-line surveys meetings and interviews to
learn about our client’s business environment, culture, philosophy and
to assess their needs. This accomplishes two things: it helps us gain a
better understanding of the company’s issues and concerns, and it
provides an important opportunity for employee input and participation.
We then research competitive practices analyze current programs
and assess their ability to meet the organisation’s internal and
external demands.
Based on what we learn, we design programs that not only solve
identified problems, but also strengthen and reinforce our client’s
business strategies. We then assist with the communication and
implementation of those plans.
Our process is not right for everyone...
Some companies want a quick fix. Our approach takes time. Some
companies want an out of the box solution. Our program identifies what
fits our client’s needs. Some companies do not want us to talk to their
employees. We believe that is a critical step in our process.
