Erge Heido has been an organisational consultant for more then last 20 year with senior executive experience in companies such as Elion and Eesti Energia, and more than 20 years experience facilitating training assignments for many industries throughout Estonia.

Graduated Tallinn University 1986. Child Psychology. Graduated Tartu University 1995. BA in Psychology. MBA studies Business Management Tartu University.

Working Languages: Estonian, English and Russian

Martin has a wide background in international management including 7 years in European IT Sales Management and 10 years as CEO of a US company manufacturing steel buildings and distributing industrial supplies on the East Coast of America.

In 1992 Martin moved to Estonia as a director of EKE International before founding the company Home Decor Baltics a company operating retail shops and wholesale distribution in the Baltics. He created an IT start company with enterprise clients in Scandinavia and the UK..

A founder of the Tallinn Children’s Hospital Fund, the International School of Estonia, the Estonian International Wine and Food Society, and the Estonian Cricket Association. Martin has served as Chairperson of the British and a Board Member of the French Chamber of Commerce.
