Erge Heido has been an organisational consultant for the last 10 year with senior executive experience in companies such as Elion and Eesti Energia, and more than 20 years experience facilitating training assignments for many industries throughout Estonia.
Graduated Tallinn University 1986. Child Psychology. Graduated Tartu University 1995. BA in Psychology. MBA studies Business Management Tartu University.

Martin has a wide background in international management including 7 years in European IT Sales Management and 10 years as CEO of a US company manufacturing steel buildings and distributing industrial supplies on the East Coast of America.
In 1992 Martin moved to Estonia as a director of EKE International before founding the company Home Decor Baltics a company operating retail shops and wholesale distribution in the Baltics. He created an IT start company with enterprise clients in Scandinavia and the UK..
A founder of the Tallinn Children’s Hospital Fund, the International School of Estonia, the Estonian International Wine and Food Society, and the Estonian Cricket Association. Martin has served as Chairperson of the British and a Board Member of the French Chamber of Commerce.

Epp was born in Sweden and studied Behavioural Sciences at Stockholm University. In Sweden she worked within the field of HR for 6 years before moving to Estonia in 1991.
Before her studies she worked in the state sector as well as in banking and IT business. During her first years in Estonia Epp represented Computer Associates, a US soft ware company. Later she joined Eesti Statoil for over 10 year for - first as the HR manager and then as the Managing Director. Through her work she has gained broad experience in the fields of sales and HR, as well as, in other areas concerning organizational development.
Working for Computer Associates and Statoil has given Epp the opportunity to experience and learn from the culture of international organisations. As a leader she first of all values the work of developing dynamic teams and open and transparent oraganisational cultures.
